The AEG LAVATHERM 57320 Dryer has some known problems that occur often. Here are some easy to do solutions for the problems or error codes your AEG might be giving you.
The drying process terminates automatically due to too dry or too little laundry for the selected program.
The drying process takes unusually long, 4.5 hours after the beginning: due to the SPECIAL CARE button pressed and too much laundry filled.
Fluff filter has not been inserted correctly and/or the filter lid not closed.
The program selector is in the OFF (UIT) position, or the bulb needs replacing.
Condensate container full or fluff filter is clogged.
Foreign bodies, such as animal hairs, can block the inlet nozzle as well as the valve on the end of the container.
The condenser is covered with fluff, requiring cleaning.
Potential causes include the appliance not being plugged in, a blown fuse, START/PAUSE button not pressed, no program selected, or door not properly closed.
Possible wrong program selection, blocked fluff filter, condenser covered with fluff, tumble dryer overloaded, or laundry not sufficiently spun.
Condenser unit covered with fluff or fluff filter clogged.
